Welcome to the home of the virtual Honolulu Controlling Facility. We are not a real world organization. We simulate real world operations within the virtual skies of VATSIM. Hawaii offers stunning sights and sounds, from the mountains near Honolulu to the volcano's located throughtout the islands, offering challenges to pilots and controllers alike. With adverse weather conditions only prevailing 1% of the time, the airports in the airspace stay busy, night and day. So if your looking for a challenging airspace to pilot your Cessna 152, or the queen of the skies 747, you have found the right place. Again, Welcome!

The Honolulu ARTCC Event Department has now opened registrations for the FNO which is to be held on 3rd of September 2010. All members who are interested in controlling at the FNO should head the forums here and make a post stating what position they would like to control for the event.
